| 1. How do I book a hotel? |
|
- Check availability... select 'Station search' tab (to find hotels near a station) or 'Hotel search' tab (to find a specific hotel). Enter your travel dates, room requirements and star rating and click 'Find Hotels Now'. (Note: it is important to select an appropriate number of rooms when searching - for example, you will see more hotel availability and prices for four guests if you split them into two rooms.)
- Compare prices and locations... SubwayHotels shows all available hotels on an interactive Google map with prices from various travel web sites.
- Browse the results and compare prices... click a hotel to see a map, photos, description, facilities, etc. Compare prices and click the name of the web site you want to book with - you will be taken directly to the booking screen of your selected site.

| 2. How do I book children and infants? |
|
|
Infants are aged less than 2 years. When travelling with children and infants you must always include them in the search. By doing so, our reservation partner and subsequently the hotel will know that a cot is required. Please remember that different hotels have different child age policies, but don't worry - just enter the child ages and our partners will calculate prices accordingly.

| 3. I cannot get any availability. Am I doing something wrong? |
|
Seeing no availability could be because there genuinely isn't any availability, or because you have not filled in the availability search correctly. Try these options:
- If searching for 1 adult, try searching for 2 adults and book a double or twin room.
- If searching for more than 2 adults, try different room breakdowns. For example, 4 adults should be split into 2 rooms.
- If searching for multiple rooms, try searching for 1 room first. If you can't get availability on 1 room, you will not be able to get it on multiple.
- Try different travel dates.
- Email us for help.

| 4. Can I pay deposit? |
|

This option is specific to the chosen reservation partner. More information is available on their Booking Screen.

| 5. How do I cancel or change my reservation? |
|
| After you have clicked on the logo of the chosen reservation partner you are directed to their website. Any questions regarding cancellation and changes must be directed to them.

| 6. Are prices per room or per person? |
|
| Prices displayed for all reservation partners are total prices for all room(s) requested. Please note that some partners require full pre-pay and some are post-pay (when checking out of hotel). Some suppliers (e.g. diytravel.co.uk) include all taxes and some do not (e.g. ActiveHotels) – please read the supplier small print!

| 7. Are flights, transfers and insurance included in the price? |
|
| No. We only price compare accommodation. For flights, transfers and insurance try a Google search.

| 8. Is SubwayHotels a charity – how does it make money?! |
|
| No we are not a charity - we earn small commissions from the companies we refer you to. We don't make much - we just like helping people! :-)
